but please don’t worry…
I’ve been noticing lately that there’s a lot of fear in the collective right now.
People are worried about the planet.
They’re worried about the wars, the economy, the politics.
They’re worried about predictions.
They’re worried about disasters and energetic shifts and “what’s going to happen next.”
I would like to offer a tool. A way we can all help.
That is to put positive energy into the situation.
Worry, in my opinion, does not help. Worry puts energy into the very thing you are worried about. This, potentially, makes it bigger,
Here is a very important thing to remember…
What you put your energy into grows…
What does that mean? It means you add energy to things by thinking and feeling about them.
Here is an example:
If a child is learning to ride a bike and the parent is thinking and saying “She’s going to fall!!” That parent is helping to manifest that the child falls. It can actually make it happen.
If that parent thought, “You can do it!? That, potentially, may assist with a successful ride.
Try it…
Here’s another tip…Whenever you have a thought, a corresponding emotion will follow.
So, the “She’s going to fall” thought may be followed by fear
The “You can do it” phrase may be followed by happiness, support and success.
Try it…
I’m not saying you should deny reality. In fact, in order to manifest well, the first step is always to truthfully acknowledge where you truly are. What is your reality?
Sometimes that’s tricky because in order to truly, accurately acknowledge the truth you have to be willing to accept the truth. Sometimes that process is not fun but is essential.
If you believe everything is great and things are happening that you don’t want to happen, what you're saying that the things you want to happen are not great, chances are you won’t change a thing.
If you want to make changes, you need to see and accept reality.
You can do it!
So, here is my recommendation:
Take note of a particular thing, let’s say a natural disaster, in order to find out the truth about it. Where is it supposed to happen…how severe is it predicted to be…when will it occur…
Prepare appropriately. Buy extra food and water, take appropriate precautions
Stay calm and positive. “We’re going to be ok”, “we’re all set, we have what we need”
This may also be important with regard to predictions.
Sometimes things are predicted not because they absolutely must happen… but because the prediction allows people to work against them happening or helps them to prepare themselves and learn something that they may not necessarily learn otherwise.
Sometimes the prediction itself expands consciousness.
It may create preparation.
It may inspire learning.
This may begin to manifest the solution.
Perhaps that shift in consciousness may soften the outcome..perhaps elimination of the event…
So, perhaps, hold onto hope right now instead of automatically assuming catastrophe.
I don’t believe growth has to come through devastation.
Growth Does Not Have to Be Traumatic
There’s a difference between walking steadily down a staircase… and being shoved off a cliff.
Both movements get you where you are going…
Both may provide a learning experience…
But one is manageable, the other may defeat the purpose by creating other more urgent needs.. You may have been distracted away from the original lesson…
Perhaps people forget that transformation can happen gently.
It can happen gradually.
It can happen consciously.
It can happen at a rate you can manage in a balanced way.
It does not have to happen through destruction and chaos and fear.
I think humanity is going through a shift, yes.
I absolutely do.
But I think there may be more loving ways for that shift to happen.
Here is a suggestion, see if it’s right for you…
Honestly, I believe some people may be exhausting themselves trying to “stay positive” all the time. It is a nobel goal, perhaps necessary to ultimately achieve, but
You hear people saying:
“Just stay in love.”
“Only focus on light.”
“Never feel negative.”
This is absolutely good advice…and, Well…in some cases, not realistic.
Life includes stress.
Life includes boundaries.
Life includes saying no sometimes.
Here’s the tip:
When you are working toward holding yourself in a loving consciousness
When you’re working to focus only on the light
When you’re sincerely working to be positive and stay out of negativity, but you are finding resistance…
DON’T GIVE UP
You can do it!
Sit quietly, center yourself and ask yourself, Pure Source, or the Positive Higher Power you resonate with why the resistance is happening.
Ask what you need to become aware of in order to find resolution to this internal conflict.
Listen, and write down the answers…if fact, write down whatever comes to you, even if it doesn’t make sense. You can go over it later.
Later review what you’ve written, acknowledge your feelings and thoughts and work to find a positive solution.
Once resolved, I believe you will have an easier time remaining in a loving state.
Being spiritually aware does not mean pretending you never struggle.
It means learning how to move through life consciously instead of unconsciously.
It means making the right choices for you.
Every Person Has Their Own Learning Path
One thing I deeply believe is that every single person here has a Purpose.
Every person.
And the more aligned you are with your Purpose, the more naturally your life tends to flow.
Does that mean everything becomes easy?
No.
But, when you’re doing your purpose life flows more easily, there’s a feeling that it’s really right for you. Your Purpose is why you are here.
Your Purpose may make absolutely no sense to your family.
It may make no sense to other people.
People may look at your choices and think:
“Why would you do that?”
But it’s your purpose.
Not theirs.
How do you find your Purpose?
Quiet yourself.
Go inward.
Attune to the spark of God in your heart.
Because your soul already knows certain things long before your logical mind catches up.
And when you start honoring that inner knowing, something shifts.
Stop Judging Other People’s Journey
Another thing I’ve really been feeling strongly lately is that people need to stop assuming everyone is supposed to have the same experience.
We are all here learning different lessons.
Some people are learning boundaries.
Some people are learning devotion.
Some people are learning independence.
Some people are learning compassion.
Some people are learning how to heal old pain.
Everybody’s path is different.
And just because someone’s choices don’t make sense to you doesn’t mean they’re wrong for that person.
We are here for learning experiences.
That’s part of being human.
I Believe There Is Still Good Ahead
I believe the planet is changing energetically.
I think people are feeling more sensitive.
I think old emotional wounds are surfacing for their last little bits of release.
I think many people feel pressure right now because unresolved things are coming up to finally be cleared.
But I don’t think this has to be traumatic.
I think there’s also something beautiful happening.
I think humanity is becoming more conscious.
I believe people don’t need to live in fear.
Because fear holds you to a lower consciousness.
And when people are constantly anxious about the future, they may manifest that which they are afraid of.
I would much rather put energy toward creating a beautiful future.
Because I really do believe there is goodness ahead.
I believe there is healing ahead.
I believe there is awakening ahead.
I believe there is purpose ahead.
And I think part of staying positive isn’t pretending bad things never happen.
I think part of staying positive is simply trusting:
“I’m going to be where I need to be.”
What can I learn from this? And what can I choose to make this more right or better for me?
That trust changes everything.
